T-72EA is a main battle tank fitted with an efficient firing system, reliable armoured protection and high manoeuvring ability. The low silhouette of the T-72 compared to other contemporary tanks is a decisive factor in its excellent passive protection.
The tank is armed with a 125 mm 2A46 gun, 7.62 mm coaxial machine gun, and with 12.7 mm AA machine gun mounted on the commander’s cupola.
